We want you to love your Boody essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
